Dr Helen Davis
Helen Davis is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Chair of the Undergraduate Psychology program at Murdoch University. Primary areas of research interest are in the fields of individual differences and human development, investigating the factors that contribute to people’s ability to represent and solve problems, and the relationship between the reasoning processes that people apply to logical and social problem-solving. Helen has lectured in research methods and statistics for psychologists for over a decade at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She also teaches individual differences developmental psychology, and psychological measurement.

Karen Connell is currently undertaking a Masters in Clinical Psychology and is a PhD candidate at Murdoch University. She holds a Masters in Commerce (Marketing) and a First Class Honours in Psychology. In 2011, Karen researched the different relationships humans can have with animals, and whether this could predict veterinary student empathy toward their animal patients.

Dr Graeme Ditchburn
Graeme Ditchburn is a registered Psychologist and Academic Chair of the Organisational Psychology program at Murdoch University. His research interests are focused on the individual at work and include personality and performance, organisational commitment, and organisational culture and values. Prior to joining Murdoch University he worked with organisations to assess and implement programs to improve employee well-being, motivation and organisational culture on behalf of Towers Perrin-ISR (Europe).
